
Fermenting foods requires experience and knowledge. But what if we forget the process? Together, with all our experiences and lack thereof, we try to make our own recipes of fermentations. During this workshop we will experiment with fermentation and its compositions. There is no need to have experience, it's all about having fun while cooking. You will learn and experiment with 3 different recipes: Sourdough bread, Tsukimono and Kimchi.

It's good to bring some containers and something to share during our lunch. We ask a free contribution for the cost of the ingrediënts, with a estimated price of €5.
